I have a deep passion for understanding how people consume information in a “chronically online” world. My career is a bit of a triple-threat: I facilitate training that learners love to complete, produce video content that users don’t want to skip, and write copy that sounds like a human wrote it. Whether I’m working for a well-known brand or a local influencer, my goal is to bridge the gap between “information overload” and “you’ve got this.”

Instructional Design

Working within a SaaS and franchised logistics spaces, I use a tech stack that includes Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite to build custom curricula that drive measurable performance. My methodology strongly favors the SAM Frameworkprioritizing creative autonomy and immediate feedback. I get to the “doing” part faster, which keeps the dopamine levels high and prevents the project burnout. 

I started at GoDaddy, where I created support content to help customers navigate their digital products. Now, I’m at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? building straightforward, step-by-step training for our Truck Teams, making sure the people in the field have exactly what they need to succeed.

During my time contributing to the GoDaddy YouTube channel, I was a key part of the foundational production team behind “The Journey,” a flagship YouTube series that successfully surpassed 1 million total views in 3 years. As the sole video copywriter, I translated complex entrepreneurial topics into structured, search-friendly video content.

We uploaded +340 videos at scale, consistently outperforming channel averages with a 3.8% click-through rate, 2.6% engagement rate, and over 390 ranked YouTube search tags.

Copywriting

Having spent years crafting both video scripts and long-form blog articles for GoDaddy, I’ve learned the art of talking to an audience, not at them. I focused on supporting the entrepreneurial community by producing an SEO-driven library of resources.
